DualArtillery 2.0
1. Added start screen to game, "Welcome to the Game!"
2. Added end screen to the game, "Player (1 or 2) Wins!"
3. Added instructions on how to restart game after a player beats the other.
4. Added the ability to quit the game with the 'ESC' key.
